" Izzy applied to join the CHAOS Creative team, as part of her voluntary experience after discovering our work with the community, on social media. After a successful interview and placement brief, she was tasked with capturing and promoting a number of different areas in our business. These tasks included blog writing, social media management, photography, film, graphic design and broadcasting skills on our house radio station.

Izzy brought a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to her role, often going above and beyond what we had asked of her. She is self motivated, works great as part of a team and has an endless amount of great ideas. Her work was reliable, consistent and of a high standard – something that can be hard to come by, even in experienced members of the team. Izzy has excellent timekeeping skills and was a delight to work with. 

During her placement, Izzy was a great asset to the team, and helped us achieve so much more than we had hoped. Her high level of knowledge and experience was a refreshing welcome and she installed great confidence in ensuring she understood our brand, messaging and what we stand for. We would happily offer Izzy a paid role, once she has completed her studies. "
