SUMMER 2017 – GREECE, A NEW ADVENTURE!

So, some of you may have been wondering why I’ve gone a bit quiet lately, and haven’t been posting much (apart from the odd sunset or foodie snap on insta). I thought I should probably give you guys a bit of an update.

Since having broken up for uni for easter I’ve been back with Exmouth Watersportsworking on Sandy Bay beach at Devon Cliffs, hiring out kayaks and paddleboards, and running kids club sessions, as well as teaching paddleboard lessons.

After that, it’s back to university to sit my Law and Politics, and Shorthand exams (yes, Shorthand is still around!)

I’m going to have a mad rush after finishing this semester as I’m going to have just under 24 hours to pack and move out of my uni halls in Falmouth, travel back to Devon, and unpack, wash, and repack all of my stuff ready to fly out to Greece the very next day! – as well as travel up to London for the 5am flight from Gatwick…

I’ve managed to score myself a job as a windsurfing instructor for Ocean Elements – a watersports holiday company – in their resort in Porto Heli, Greece!

For the next 4 months you’ll be seeing me posting, writing in and snapping from the lovely Peloponnese Peninsula and I honestly cannot wait!

The last month or so has been pretty full on; buying summer clothes (which we all know is the most important part of prepping for a holiday abroad), sorting out insurance for my camera and Macbook, trying to get together some spending money to take with me, attempting to work on my summer body (before I get out there looking like a flabby, pale ghost), and of course, trying to figure out how the f**k I’m going to fit all of my clothes and possessions into a 20kg suitcase… HELP!

Ooh also! I’ve got myself a GoPro Hero 4 Silver, so I’ll be messing about with that out on the water and documenting my adventures in Greece! So hopefully you’ll be seeing me posting some cool video edits over the next few months (that’s if I get any spare time and some WiFi!)
